Mweb is just as bad as Telkom

I am really disappointed in the service that i have been getting from Mweb. I've been trying to change to Mweb from Telkom since 5 August 2019, thinking i would get better service. On 23 August 2019 Mweb called me saying that everything is in order and my account will be activated. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I've called several time asking why I still don't have my internet activated, every time the agents on the other end tell me something different from they waiting on Telkom to they don't understand why and will send me feedback. I never received any feedback as why till date. I still don't have internet.
