Mweb is ***********

I asked on 21 November 2022 for fibre to be installed at my house. Since then Everything went well with the application and within two days I got the router. On 2 December 2022 the first deduction went through of R600.00+ then another R434.00 but no fibre was installed. It's now 1 February 2023 and no fibre has been installed and they keep debiting amounts of R434.00. When you call Mweb, it takes forever for them to answer and when someone helps you, nothing gets done. Nobody has helped me and the bank won't stop the debit order. I'm so fed up.
