Mweb is incapable at installing fibre

Over 6 weeks still waiting for a technician to connect my Fibre!! Mweb is outstandingly useless at getting installations done. Their call centre is basically impossible to navigate with no one either answer the phones or having the ability to provide you with a basic update on your product.
