Mweb is impossible to get a hold of

Its impossible to get a hold of this company, I've tried the chat option on their website and waited and waited for 30mins, tried calling them, waited for over an hour on the phone, does not look like you can make it past caller number 2 since i kept hearing that for over 30mins.
