MWEB IS HORRIBLE

I have been a loyal customer for years with MWEB. But now I regret it I have moved and upgraded my line speed from 50mbps to 100mbps...I barely get 30mbps but I'm billed for a 100meg line...I did not even receive a new router with my upgrade I had to buy one, still I'm sitting on max 60mbps...MWEB is absolutely useless, they don't reach out or get back to you, they do not know the meaning of customer service. I HATE MWEB.....I will never recommend MWEB to anyone.

I WILL CHANGE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER
