Mweb is ***** and pathetic

Mweb is very pathetic. My wifi is off for more than 24hours. I called their their technicians and they can't fix my router. Apparently they can't configure it unless I have a certain type of laptop. Yet they still expect me to pay for my wifi. This is a complete *******. They are useless. I'm going to their offices and will have to sort this out or cancel my contract with them. If the customers need certain laptops why don't u as mweb provide your customers with it? Do u think anyone can afford laptops?
