Mweb is extremely ************* and incompotant

Pathetic you guys are. Is this even a professional company. This company is so *********** they can't even get a simple connection sorted. I can't even get hold of you guys via any social media. You guys are so back dated it's only phone calls. Your call back service doesn't work it's a month now and still waiting a call back.

My Fibre line was installed on the 20th January 2022. Today is 7th February 2022 and still I dnt have any internet, username or password or even a sms stating that my account has been activated.

I've called out R500 worth of airtime and still nothing. My last call with Mweb I've let them make a note that they need to contact me via email, sms, what's app or telephonically but they are too incompotant to even do that simple task.

Your communication is pathetic. I want the MD to contact me.
