Mweb is Disgraceful

I have an outstanding order that is now 30 days old, you advertise a 14 day turn around and can’t seem to stick to the commitment. I’ve never had a call from Mweb to let me know what is happening, I just get SMS’s that say Mweb are trying to contact you please call … Then when I do phone you cannot speak to anyone who actually has an idea of what is happening, all you get is we will follow up and come back to you which is utter bull****, no one every comes back to you. Then the next thing Mweb love to do is blame the service provider Openserve, they’ll just keep saying they are waiting for Openserve to sort the issue out! Then today was the best the gentleman argued with me that they don’t have my address (Estate Unit Number) on their system, which is hard to believe considering Mweb delivered the modem to the right Unit number.

Absolutely pathetic useless service!
