Mweb is ******** to paying consumers

This is another review from the recent week... my Mweb connection is more frustrating than ever. Even since the last review where I wrote to their technical department, I have not recieved a call nor an acknowledgement of the call I logged and maybe to say they are looking into the matter.

No they've have done nothing!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This week, since Sunday, has been infuriating with endless loss of connection that I needed to restart the router countless times.
