Mweb is completely useless. No way of any actual engagement
What a useless frustrating bunch. I have tried calling but after holding on for hours one just gets cut off. I tried the live chat online. No response, just "waiting to be connected". Tried WhatsApp, same result. Tried live chat (anything but live) on the Mweb App with no response or progress. I have been trying to make contact for four days now without success.
