MWEB IS BY FAR THEE WORST ISP EVER!

I tried signing up with Mweb for Fibre in my area a little over 1 month ago. After struggling for days to redeem a voucher, to my disappointment they advised that Fibre wasn't live in my area. This after taking me money. To this day I haven't heard anything from them. Absolutely disgusting!
