Mweb is by far the worst of them all!

One star is far to much to give them, but that is the lowest I can go! First we struggled to get hold of Mweb to get connected! After so much struggle just to get the service, the Wifi didn't even worked, after they insured us it will work. After so many calls and communication with Mweb,they still could not help with the wifi to even work! The technical agent told us he could not solve this problem and would rather cancel the service.

Struggle after struggle this matter is still not resolved! we are paying for a service we can not even use! After someone from Management have spoken to us and we told them the problem and the story they still deduct money from my account.

They want your money, but they can't give the proper service we require! Don't know why they even have a call center to phone, because you wait for more than 30min just to talk to someone and they will transfer you to the relevant department, and you wait another 30min to be transferred yet again!
