I have ordered fibre on Monday. A very helpfull and polite lady advised that Fibre will be installed on Tuesday this week. Tuesday late afternoon I received an email from Mweb advising that Fibre is now active, a bill was included. I phoned Mweb immediately as No one from Open Serve installed anything at my address. The lady I spoke to advised that the Router was delivered the same day. No Courier Company phoned me to advised they are on their way or to open the gate. Someone else signed for the router. So, my personnel info is now in the hands of a stranger or a *********. I have received another account this morning. I have phoned and emailed a complain. Everyone I spoke to advised me that it was escalated and they are sorry. No one is taking responsibility Now on 2 occasions I was told to give them a chance and promised to phone me back. You cannot email them, I have spent all my airtime to sort this nonsense out. No on seems to give a damn.
