Mweb is been in biz for a very long time to offer such a lame service.

Worst ever service you could encounter. Answering machine is disfunctional; you hang on phone for over 15min (which is extremely costly nowadays) for you to be answered by rude, untrained consultants, at the end your query is not solved.

If you want to have hypertension issues, consider Mweb. It will rush you faster than an ambulance to emergency.

With the degree of experience Mweb have in ISP business, one would expect such team to be monitored and supervised by a great team that can keep track with their customers and queries in particular but walla you get served dogs food.
