Mweb is bad news

The worst customer service ever , no body picks up , I’ve been waiting on a call for 1 hour and this is after I was transferred by a manager who could not assist me. Mweb is definitely not up to standards they just want customers to make money from. they’ve blocked my number from calling, when I call it immediately drops the call, yet when I call from another number it goes through?
