MWEB is awful

Do not ever deal with mweb - they are awful and dishonest and the service is poor. It is near impossible to cancel their service. i spent hours on the phone and eventually got transferred to retentions. i then waited a further 25 minutes and then had to re authenticate myself ( ie for the 3rd time). instead of cancelling she tried to force me to retain account
