MWEB is at level 5. They dont give a Damn

I have been struggling to to get into contact with Mweb, Due to their poor service, the average waiting time is 55 Mins. so if you have a cell Phone you are doomed. No one takes responsibilty to provide service from Billing dept to technical. Theres no Manager avaiblable and you cannot get a call back , but wait for 55 Mins on your cell, due to most people reciving under rated service from MWEB. My last request is for a manager to call me back or i will move to another service provider and reverse my payments.then you are doomed.
