MWEB is annoying

I’m highly not impressed with the service I’m getting from MWEB. It’s been two days now that my LTE router hasn’t been working. I’ve since called, I’ve sent the messages and tweets on social media but still no help. I’m so annoyed right now because they took my money yet I’m not connected to the WiFi. What a **** show!!!!!
