Mweb bad bad bad service please avoid mweb if you can. If you are with them please get other fibre providers. They support system sucks. You wait on the call hours and still no help. April I paid but no service provided. I queried it without success. I decided to cancel on the 11th of June servicing notice until 11th of July I ask to 749 then I can cancel. I paid it. Now they want me to pay 379 then it will be canceled. I asked why I was told that it is my balance. I asked balance from where no answer given. Mweb will frustrate you to the core. Please never never sign up with mweb if you want a peace of mind. They are ******* and ******.
