Mweb is an unreliable internet service provider!

This is by far the worst internet service provider. I have been calling their call centre to get my internet up as it's been down for over a week now. Instead of being assisted, I get bounced around different departments and when a consultant doesn't know what to do, they drop the call or put me on hold indefinitely.
