Mweb is absolutely useless

Mweb is absolutely useless when there clients are looking for them ,I have been trying to get hold of them since 8 am this morning , I think its absolutely terrible that there phones are always off, and when you do get through then you have to hold on forever and a day. They are absolutely useless, I've been a client for more than 5 years. Fire the whole bunch and get people that can actually do the work.
