Mweb is absolutely useless – 3 weeks and still no fibre!

I’m extremely frustrated my fibre has been down for three weeks and despite countless calls, promises to send a technician, and repeated “escalations,” nothing has been resolved. Every call takes over an hour, and still no one shows up. This is unacceptable my business depends on having WiFi, and your lack of action is costing me time and income. Please sort this out urgently!!!
