MWEB is absolute ***. Terrible, nonexistant service. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS INTERNET PROVIDER. They don't provide anything!!!

It's a pity there aren't any negative stars. This is by far the worst service I've ever receive. Order fibre from Mweb, waiting 3 months, nothing. No feedback, had to constant email some sales I had ordered with Scott Ross. Got ignored and **** to on emails. They deducted the activation fee but never activated my line or sent any router. When I cancelled the ****ty service, and asked for my money back, they said they'd send it. That was more than 6 weeks ago. Called today (19/05/2025), they made me hold the line and then dropped the call. This is the service ever. Don't work with them or order anything from them.
