MWEB IS ABSOLUTE *******!!!!

I requested my line to be upgraded from 4mb to 10mb the beginning of October. The line was eventually upgraded to 8mb as this is all what was available on my line. I have been logging calls ever since regarding my line dropping. This has been confirmed with your agents on numerous times. They log calls to telkom, but this issue never gets resolved. Im baffled as mweb doesnt seem to take responsibility, yet i pay them for my line rental and usage. Customers are no longer a priority, just last night I called again and spoke to Monray. I requested that a manager call me first thing this morning. The day is almost done and no representative of mweb has called me. I would just like someone to take urgency on my problem as you guys have no issue debiting my account every month. I also demand to be refunded from the beginning of October as my line has not been working as it should. I urge you to please value me as a client and appreciate the business that I give mweb. THIS IS COMPLETELY PATHETIC THAT I HAVE TO BEG. PERHAPS ITS TIME TO SAY BYE BYE TO MWEB AND FIND GREENER PASTURES. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. SOCIAL MEDIA NEEDS TO KNOW HOW PATHETIC THEY ARE. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME
