Mweb is a waste of time!

I called Mweb today, our internet service has been slow the whole week, it cant even open the google home page. I spoke to LAUREN, she refused to help us, simply because the address provided was incorrect yet everything else was correct. Mweb cant do a simple internet test without asking you your life story, damn irritating, i wont recommend this company to anyone. Waste of tome!
