Mweb is a waste

Tried to load a bundle on my telkom account, have a dual phone so i wont receive a pin code. I even verified my details so i cant add a bundle to my account after i verified. Stay away from mweb you pay for your account and cant make changes or add anything. I spent 12min holding and 20min together who will pay me my time back and still i am unhappy
