MWEB IS A WASTE

If there was a rating less than ONE could have given Mweb a rating they deserve . Absolutely disappointed and disgusted at their level of service and professionalism. All I can say is the one thing they are definitely capable of delivering is poor pathetic service. I do not recommend them to anyone considering them save yourself whilst you still can cos they can't even assist in providing me a quote for the repair nor can they assist in canceling my subscription with them although I have had no fibre for the past 22 days. They still can't confirm when I will be connected OR whether they can assist with a payment reduction for NO Service . If I risk not paying for no connection then I risk my good payment record in credit Beareu due to their incompetence .So much for being a loyal customer for over 12 years
