MWEB is a waist of time!!!!

Omw WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! regarding internet services. This is terrible services I joined them on the 14th June 2021 regarding this 499 winter special it's the 2nd of July 2021 already and we still dont have internet!!!!

I call their service centre to issist while waiting 20min to speak to someone, you talk to them so they say stay on the line they will call the activation people. So you wait for 10minutes then THEY PUT THE PHONE OFF!!! I'm already waiting 3days for the line to be activated prior to the 14day waiting for installation and still no internet I'm so angry and frustrated with this BAD SERVICE!!!!! They wont even call you back I've been waisting R300 airtime on these people since day 1!!!!!!

I wish I never joined up with MWEB I regret going with this people!!!!! I should've rather gone with telkom as I had a LTE with them and currently for the same fibre package telkom is 399 but I saw to late because i already committed with mweb!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent alot of money for data for the kids to do their homework via internet this past days from the 14th because we still dont have internet as we speak. I will finish my 12 month agreement and then cancel this **** because there's claws!!!!
