Mweb is a useless internet service providers

I sadly chose MWeb as my internet service provider when I stopped to fibre. I started with a 25mb line and was soon informed that this service was no longer available and that I need to upgrade to a 50mb line. Not too long afterwards was informed by a hearty price increase. I cancelled my service with them with a calendar month notice. Having my accepted cancellation letter I app**** for a service with Metro Fibre who are also the owners of the fibre cabling network in my area. Over R250.00 a month saving. Metro Fibre replaced my equipment on Friday morning 30 June and said that I'd be up and running shortly. Well, on Sunday afternoon with still no internet I called the Metro Fibre call centre. I was informed that they couldn't get me going until MWeb had released my line which had not yet been done. I called. The MWeb technical support desk just to be told that I'd have to wait till Monday before anything could be done. They confirmed that the sales team was operating on a Saturday morning. Leaves be with just one observation. Mweb, you are flipping useless. No internet for me for the whole weekend. YOU SUCK
