Mweb is a *** service provider.

Mweb… no words… I can’t believe you are a functional business. I don’t know if your strategy is hiring *********** sales people to cut costs because they aren’t skilled or qualified to do their basic jobs, but it’s costing you from a reputation point of view. After all, all of these bad reviews from different customers are a reflection of the service you offering, which in my opinion is worse than anything I’ve experienced and I’ve dealt with home affairs and many other failing South African businesses, so I know a thing or 2 about *** service. Also, fix your automatic call system, it’s unresponsive to number inputs and wastes time and airtime for customers. I predict at this rate in 2 years everyone at Mweb will be without a job because you will be closed down then you will read this review and reflect on how useless you all were. I work in the IT field and I will make it my life mission to tell everyone how *** you guys are to ensure no one has to endure the hair pulling experience I’ve encountered.
