MWEB is a **** they ***** your money and make empty promises.

So i cancelled my LTE on 28 September on recommendation from MWEB Retentions department(Brent) and the cancellation was not done, i then proceeded to contact MWEB 3 more times and also spoke to Pamela in billing who confirmed cancellation(which was not done again), both agents confirmed that there will be no cancellation fees due to the fact that Cell C said there is no coverage in my area and they dont have a planned date for upgrade. Now MWEB sold me this product stating that there is coverage at my address. I logged multi queries regarding this from day one and all of them were closed without being resolved. Yesterday i received a bill charging me for the data which was supposedly cancelled in September already, so i proceeded to contact MWEB again and spoke to an agent(Shakerah) she actually did cancel the account(WOW thank you someone that did their job)and today i receive an account for cancellation fees and a charge for October and November(*** how can i be charged for months when the service has not been used and i get a future dated charge). And another joke which was more false advertising is the fact that i got charged for my first month which was supposed to be free. If an MWEB agent happens to come across this please get it sorted out, i refuse to pay anything to MWEB as i went on what was suggested by your company i didnt just cancel for the sake of cancelling i cancelled because there is no coverage and a product was sold to me under false pretenses. I also got assigned a new account number after this cancellation and am unable to log into the mweb site on which the queries were logged. TO EVERYONE READING THIS PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM MWEB AS YOU POSSIBLE CAN THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ******** THAT WILL ***** YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE A BIG CORPORATE *****ING FROM US AND THEY JUST DONT CARE, I AM WILLING TO GO TO COURT OVER THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
