MWeb is a ****

Disappointed in MWeb! My fiber monthly payment was increased without MWeb notifying me.

My initial monthly payment was increased around April 2022.

I was not aware of this until June when I received a call from one of the ladies from their billing department telling me I owe them R 1 495.00 and my connection will be suspended until payment has been made.

I didn’t agree to pay their extra charges and told them I was prepared to continue with their new service provided they cancel the extra charges incurred before I was informed about the increment, of course they rather lose a client than taking a loos of R1 495.00... Which they have admitted to me over the phone that one of their sales person made an error when recording my details.
