Mweb is a ****!!!

I would like to formally complain against mweb as this has now affected my credit. I can only pay for a product that I use. Once I am connected I can start paying. I have called your technical team several times and they say they will investigate. How can I be charged for Fibre I have never used or connected to. What a ****. I am so disappointed. No one is getting back to me. Empty promises
