Mweb is a ****

I got a call from an agent from Mweb to persuade me to sign with them, i obliged because I issues with my previous ISP which was SADV. I did not know that they were worse than SADV. Ipaid an amount of R399 on the 20th of January 2023 for the services, and that was last time I heard from them. There is no service and the money has been paid, the agents do not answer any calls nor do they respond to emails. i do not understand why Vumatel is aligning itself with such people as agents unless they are benefiting from this ****. I am planning to approach the consumer council and spread the word as wide as posiible about the **** that is Mweb.
