Mweb is a piece of ****, don't waste your time with this company

I can't believe Mweb at all. I have been using their LTE internet service from 2016 and latey I have been trying to change to fiber and that has been a nightmare. I am so frustrated because everytime I call I get transferred from one department to another without getting any help (so much airtime I have wasted). The box has been installed by Vumatel and everything, it's just Mweb that needs to do its part but for some reason that seems to be a mountain for them. I wish Mweb would hire competent staff who know what their doing (people who know beyond answering phones). Right now I am determined to changing to Cell C because at least they seem to be some how professional. I don't have time to waste with Mweb anymore, ***** them really coz my tenants are mad at me because of them, wat a bunch of clowns.
