Horrible Horrible service. made my application on the 15th of February 2021, with their 14 day maximum waiting period for installation. it is the 11th of March 2021 and Still no installation has taken place. you call in to relay the same story over and over again. ****** useless organization I seriously regret ever tryin to get fibre through them, even now I cannot get through to them their agents just reroute my call and it has me waiting o the phone for another consultant for long periods of time for nothing!
