Mweb is a load of BS. They don’t deserve to be an ISP

0 is what this company deserves. I logged a moving request on the 22 July 24 to have my internet moved to our new address. Sent them the proof and there has still been no action called them and they said the problem is with Vumatel. Vumatel is not the problem as they sent me confirmation that the previous owner had released the line. I’m sitting without internet and I am unable to do my work as I work from home. Now I needed to buy prepaid data in order to work which has incurred unnecessary cost all because Mweb can’t do simple task. One thing is for sure that I will never recommend them to anyone else and I will definitely be looking at changing to a new ISP as of January 25.
