MWEB IS A JOKE!!!

MWEB is a F%CKING JOKE!!! Going into week 4 now and still no fibre installation! Firstly trying to get hold of anyone at mweb is almost impossible, you hold the line for 30min just to get the line dropped or get transferred to some automated voice mail service which doesnt work cause NO ONE CALLS YOU BAC**** Vumatel who is responsible for installing the fibre keeps telling me they are awaiting for a work order from mweb and no matter how many times I call it doesnt get done! i have been a mweb customer for over 5 years but enough is enough. Please get someone to contact me so I can cancel this B#LLSH&T service and company!!!!
