MWEB is a joke

I would give no star if possible. I called over a month ago to have my fibre line moved and emailed all items needed. I am still not connected and I have been charged for another full month of usage. I have cancelled my product immediately and I will put a stop on the debit order and dispute it with the bank. This is ridiculous service and it is impossible to get through to the call center.
