Mweb is a horrible ISP

Mweb is probably one of South Africas biggest internet ****** I've cancelled my mweb subscriptions 2 months ago after paying them R250 installation fee and till today no installation was done after 2 weeks of battling with installation I finally requested for a cancelation. They promised me it's cancelled and now 3 deductiobs later of R476.23 which amount to R1 428.69 and they never have anyone available to answer your questions they just promise that the money will be reversed.
