Mweb is a great internet service provider but only if it could reach out quickly to people who are requesting technical help and other billing issues also it needs to 24/7 live agents not chat bots, it's a great internet service, it just needs to put the customers forward first.... it's a pity I stopped using it's services, it was a great run though 😉
