I requested to sign up and then i paid the once off fee and there has been no communication ever since. They just do not care. I called and selected to enquire regarding and installation but there is just no answer. I then called and selected that i want to speak to sales and then someone answered, when i explained my reason to call they either cut the call or they just transfer me and then nobody answers.
