MWEB is a disaster

MWEB is the worst!! No service, total disregard for the customer and absolute disastrous (as in "NO") operations. I have logged a request and subsequent complaint three weeks ago via email, as NOBODY answers the service desk call. 1. To date, NOBODY has contacted me in respect of my request/complaint. 1.1. This is really evidence of an absolute disregard for the interests of your customers. 1.2. You should be ashamed of yourself and seriously consider closing shop. 2. I wish to cancel my account and service with effect from 1 March 2025, as I no longer have any use for it. Please direct me to someone who will actually take my call and assist me.
