Mweb is a disappointment

I am overwhelmed and incredibly disappointed with Mweb. I have only been using their Fibre since 30/06/22 and regret signing up. They debited an amount not included in my statement and I have been unable to reach them via email and their technical billing line. I have received 7 one- time pins already which are sent 10 minutes after each call. Their email has been full so my query can't even be attended to.
