MWEB IS A ****!!!

This is the most horrible services I have ever received. I made a payment for fibre and have been waiting for 9 days already for assistance. Getting customer support is a long shot. They tell you that you have been scheduled for a call but then they never call. I have the app on my cellphone but I cannot even log a query, both on the app and the site. They have purposely deactivated this feature so that customers cannot file a query. This is very disgusting. At this point I do not want their service but my money back.
