My name is Litha Dlelembe ID number *** and cell number *** Early this month i tried to apply for an ADSL line at Mweb online.... i did fill the form which has my banking details, they responded and say they dont have signals in my area. Today i was suprise to see their debit order. I phoned them today and they could not explain why i am debited, they then put me through to their cancellations department and i spoke to an agent by the name of Abdul Otto who told me straight that i am not going to get the money that was debited when i told him to cancel that ********** debit order. I feel ****** by this **** company Mweb. I want my money back.
