Mweb is a ******

Mweb seemed like a good ISP to change to after my previous ISP had let me down, in lest than a month after signing up with them and my wifi being activated i recieved a bill of R1229 for a R369 Plan. I think they should be more upfront with their clients instead of trying to **** them through false advertising. I even reached out to their career centre to make sure i understood their product but they still couldnt disclose to me what happened on billing day.
