MWEB is a ****

I app**** for uncapped WiFi from MWEB last year November 2022,the router and simcard was delivered but couldn't access the internet and the simcard was on the "grey list".After months of trying to contact them they finally called me in May 2023 to activate the simcard,upon activation I told the consultant that I am going to pay for what I have used, because for the past 6 months I have not used their internet.Today I'm sitting with a debt of R1300 for something that I haven't used!!!Please don't use MWEB!!!they are *****ulent and are ****ming innocent people!
