MWEB IS A ****!!!

A piece of advice for anyone thinking of using mweb as a provider, DONT!! From the day I placed the order there have been issues. They sent me email confirmation saying my order was placed. I phoned them a week later only to find out that the order wasn't actually submitted. So I had to wait even longer and even longer for a router to arrive. When it finally arrived it wasn't active, even though I received a mail to say it is active so I just need to plug in the router. I phoned and phoned but they did nothing to help. I eventually got hold of linklayer who assisted me with getting mweb to come to the party. Iv had internet with mweb for a month now, from day one I haven't been able to even watch a YouTube video without it buffering. IM PAYING FOR A 50/50 MBPS LINE!!! After phoning in every day and being left on hold for over 2 hours at a time, they just end the call and say "due to unforseen circumstances we can't take your call right now, try again later"... so I decided to do a speed test online, on the mweb app etc. The speeds I got were 0.45 download and 25 upload. Nowhere near what I'm paying for... I submitted it on the app, no response, I phoned them again and the technician literally said, let me check with my supervisor and then ended the call on me. linklayer helped me to get through to mweb again, where all the technician can say is its not possible, it must be an issue with linklayer not them. Which is ******* because all the other people in my complex with different isp through linklayer have no issues. So I told mweb they must cancel my account I refuse to pay that much for the speeds that I'm getting, and I then get told I must first pay R3000 for a cancellation fee. What a joke. I have asked around and everyone that is with mweb says they are experiencing the same thing. So do yourselves a favor, STAY AWAY FROM MWEB!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF **** ARTISTS!!!
