You cannot get hold of anyone I ordered a fibre line to my new address in which mweb set activation to a whole other address (the wrong address). after cancelling the service I received a message stating that the line has been activated. after calling for 3 hours again they told me they will get back to me. they did not. today I recieved a bill for R3000
